​Dryer Interior Maintenance & Cleaning:

Over time, lint, hair and metal dust accumulate inside the dryer's interior cabinet causing dangerous conditions.​ 

We disassemble dryer's interior cabinet and use a 2 stage HEPA vacuum to remove all lint and metal dust in cabinet, gas burner assembly, heating element, motor, idler and rollers. We clean, inspect and polish the rollers, idler, motor drive and replace any worn consumable parts before they cause more costly repairs or appliance replacement.

​​Washer Machine Maintenance & Cleaning:

Nassau County tends to have "slightly hard" to "hard water". Calcium and magnesium are cumulative over time damaging seals, inlet valves, pumps, motor bearings and drive components. This lime scale also creates a porous surface for detergent biofilm, mold and mildew to grow resulting in smells and unsanitary conditions. Our water also has high levels of iron and manganese. These metals travel as microscopic "grit" getting past aging seals into bearings and valves eventually seizing components resulting in costly repairs and possible appliance replacement. We disassemble machine and use high pressure steamers, decalcifiers and brushes to deep clean inside your machine removing lime scale, detergent biofilm, mold and mildew.

Dishwasher Maintenance & Cleaning: 

Dishwashers need the same high pressure steamers, decalcifiers and brushes to deep clean inside your machine removing lime scale, detergent biofilm, mold and mildew. We target pumps, valves, detergent dispensers, seals, hinges and the drain line.

Refrigerator Maintenance & Cleaning: 

Condenser Coils: Over time, condenser coils collect dust and hair, which acts like an insulator. The condenser coils are responsible for dissipating the heat removed from inside the refrigerator and freezer. The compressor has to work twice as hard to shed the heat. This leads to higher electricity bills and a significantly shorter lifespan for the refrigerator. Removing the refrigerator with our Air Sled so not to damage your floors, we clean the coils with our 2 stage HEPA vacuum with a coil attachment and professional coil brushes to safely clean the coils without damaging fragile components. 

Drain Lines: During defrost cycle, melted frost drips into a drain hole and down a drain line into the bottom pan left to evaporate. Drain lines will almost always get clogged with biofilm, food debris and eventually ice. Water then has nowhere to go, so ice then builds up and encapsulates the defrost heater causing burnout of the components in the defrost system and costly repairs and loss of food and excessive wear on the compressor and sealed system. Water will also leak inside the refrigerator or freezer causing it to leak out front doors and onto kitchen floors causing damage. We clean out drain lines with brushes and high pressure steam making sure your evaporator can defrost and drain properly.

Door Gaskets: The door gasket is the only thing keeping the warm, humid air out. Dirt, sugar and spills will cause seals to dry out and tear. Worn door hinge parts or a unlevel refrigerator will cause the door and gaskets to wear improperly. We inspect and steam clean the door gaskets  ensuring a clean supple seal maintains a vacuum-like grip ensuring a stable internal climate and ensuring your refrigerator isn't working too hard causing excessive wear on the compressor and sealed system.

​​Gas Oven Maintenance & Cleaning: 

Stove Top: Grease and boiled-over liquids clog stove top gas orifice's restricting gas flow causing improper gas to oxygen rations which leads to incomplete combustion and carbon monoxide. We deep clean into all of the burner assembly components making sure they are not worn or clogged causing incomplete combustion.

Oven: Grease and food particles also build up below the oven bottom shield causing oven igniter and gas burner combustion issues. We disassemble the bottom oven shields to get deep into the oven burner assembly to clean all components for proper combustion.

Control Boards: Modern ovens have cooling fans that pull air rich with microscopic grease and steam directly over circuit boards. Over time, a film of grease builds up on the circuit boards causing short circuits and component failure. We clean the circuit boards using precision compressed air and electronic cleaners to remove this grease buildup.
